This position involves hand MIG welding, as well as setting up and operating robotic and automated spot welding equipment. The role encompasses both high volume and low volume tasks, and the type of welds varies by part number, including water-tight welds and fluorescent testing. The individual will be responsible for welding 80-100 smaller panel enclosures daily, involving repetitive tasks such as welding pre-fabricated structures, spot welding hardware into enclosures, and operating an automated robotic welding machine. Most work involves manual MIG Pulse welding on 12 gauge mild steel.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fridley, MN.
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
