※You do NOT need to be a native speaker! Most of our teachers are not native English speakers. We have teachers from Europe, Asia, South America, Africa, etc. There are around 21 different countries represented at our company.

We are looking for English teachers to provide lessons to children attending our nursery schools. Outside of lesson time, teachers will be expected to play with the children and interact with them in English during their regular nursery activities. We offer both full-time and part-time contracts.
※IMPORTANT: We only accept applications from people residing in the Kanto area.
■ Why we are recruiting
Our company works with more than 100 childcare facilities. We are currently expending our services to nursery schools outside of our group as well. In order to provide even more nurseries with the opportunity to learn English, we are looking to increase the number of our English instructors.
■ Specific Duties
You will be responsible for conducting English lessons at the nursery schools you are in charge of by using materials such as flashcards, music, and physical movements/activities. You will provide children with the chance to experience and enjoy English. You will receive a monthly schedule with a list of your assigned nursery centers. You will be expected to commute to the designated location according to that schedule. We welcome you to share your own country's culture with the children as well as learn more about Japanese culture from them. Additionally, you may be asked to help develop and prepare teaching materials outside of lessons.
In addition to regular nursery teachers, we are also looking for people who may be interested in a lead teacher position. We are looking for leaders who are able to develop new curricula and conduct teacher trainings and observations, salary negotiation is possible. Please contact us for further enquiries.
