**Focus:** Find contacts → send outreach → track replies → keep key details clear so decisions stay fast and confident

**Timezone:** Any, but must overlap 3–4 hours with Singapore time

**What This Job Is About (Simple)**

Your job is to:

1. Find contact emails or contact forms
2. Send 1–3 variations of outreach messages
3. Track replies and outcomes clearly
4. Organize everything so I can decide fast (price, setup, site traffic, yes/no)
5. Spend each day looking at competitor backlinks and contacting those sites

**This job is NOT complex, but it requires close attention to detail and consistent organization every day.**

**You’re a Good Fit If:**

* You’re organized and keep clean notes/spreadsheets
* You’re comfortable sending emails and following up
* You notice patterns (e.g., “These 3 types of sites make up 80% of competitor backlinks”)
* You try free or low-effort options first

* You need constant supervision
* You prefer slow, corporate-style work

**Daily Tasks**

* Use Ahrefs (easy to learn) to review competitor backlinks and create a daily outreach target list with clear notes
* Find emails or contact forms for each site
* Send 1–3 versions of outreach messages
* Log everything into a simple, easy-to-review spreadsheet:
* site
* traffic
* price
* contact method
* reply status
* follow-up date
* Keep things organized so I can make decisions quickly
* Follow up consistently

**How to Apply (Video Required)**

1. Show a spreadsheet you’ve created of any previous email outreach. Demonstrate how you would approach the outreach and why you’re a strong fit. Show your process, not just talk about it.
